In order to adapt to the international school environment, staff of SHSID must have international consciousness. To ensure the quality service to our students, SHSID applies a star system to rate workers’ performance.

Provided for a maximum five-star, out of 100, five-star is 90-100, four-star is 80-90, three-star is 70-80, two-star is 60-70, one-star is 50-60, no-star for 50 and below..
